West Westminster Medical Group is a Harley Street practice offering private medical services. They came to us in August, frustrated. Organic traffic had flatlined at 1,558 visitors per month. Despite heavy PPC spending, their website wasn’t converting visitors into patients.
The challenge
Getting more traffic meant nothing if visitors didn’t book consultations. The site needed both visibility and conversion improvements.
Our approach
We tackled two problems at once.
A website audit identified technical issues and pages already ranking in positions 4-20. We refined keyword targeting, improved metadata and headers, and fixed internal linking structures. We secured backlinks from medical authority sites to build domain credibility.
Research uncovered higher-value keywords around specific procedures. We repositioned existing content to target these terms without writing new pages.
CRO-focused redesign transformed the site. We built service pages around authentic patient journeys, including real case studies and treatment results. Added video testimonials and trust signals throughout. Designed clear conversion paths for different visitor types.
